NOTE:
There is a 3 night minimum stay. During Christmas and Ironman Triathalon, we
require a 7 night minimum stay. Ironman Triathalon (Usually 2nd week in October)
is treated as High Season.
OCCUPANCY:
A maximum of 4 persons is allowed for this unit. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and
there are no pets allowed.
RESERVATIONS:
A $200 deposit is required within 7 days of reservation to confirm your stay. Full
payment of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Full payment
is due if your reservation is made within the 60 day period before your arrival.
We charge an $85 cleaning fee and 11.42% for Hawaii State Taxes per stay.
Payment is in US Currency and we accept Money Orders, Cashiers Check or
Credit Card payment through PayPal.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival for a refund. No refunds
will be issued inside the 60 day deadline unless we can re-book our condo for the
dates in question. No Refunds on shortened stays
